Doggy Stylez – Refunds and Cancellations

By placing an order(s) through the Doggy Stylez website you are accepting and agreeing to our terms of use and this includes the acceptance of our cancellation and refund policy detailed below.

COVID 19 UPDATE

Orders can be placed as normal online. However, please be aware that the delivery of items can take longer than usual during this time.

  • Returns

    Our policy on returns is valid for an initial 14 days since your purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, this will mean that unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund. To qualify for a return, your purchased item must have arrived with significant damage which would make it unusable. It must also be in the original packaging.

    You may also qualify for a return, exchange or refund if you receive the wrong item. Shipping costs for returning an item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

    To start the returns process, go to our Returns Page and simply follow the onscreen instructions. Make sure you have your order number and email address at hand.

    There may be some situations where only partial refunds are issued (if applicable). These can include (and not limited to)

    – Any item that has been “customised”
    – Any item that is returned beyond 15 days after delivery
    – Promotional Offers such as 2-for-1 offers / 3-for-2 offers.

    Also, please note that if returning part of an order, any refund will be calculated after any discounts that were applied to your total have been added back on.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a guarantee on the durability and long term use of our pet products. All dogs are different and no product can ever be completely indestructible, therefore it is possible that overly-aggressive play or activities can damage/break our products. This includes Jackets , Harnesses and Leads, as excessive pulling or reactivity while walking can cause damage to the product, particularly if your dog is a large heavy breed. In this instance we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement if it becomes damaged.

    If in doubt please contact us before purchase so we can advise.

    Owners should practise due diligence to decide if our products are suitable for their own dog and their behaviour. Not all of our products are designed to be suitable for all types of breeds and sizes of dogs.

    All of our products should only be used under the direct supervision and If the product breaks during use or presents any malfunction, cease use immediately.

    Doggy Stylez can not refund any products that have broken during use unless the item arrived damaged.
