COVID 19 UPDATE

Orders can be placed as normal online. However, please be aware that the delivery of items can take longer than usual during this time.

  • Shipping

    Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, all items delivered within the UK are free of delivery charge.

  • Processing & Delivery Time

    The majority of our products we offer are dispatched from China with some products being shipped from the UK. The initial order processing time can be up to 3 days. If your item is being dispatched from Chine then factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the shipping/delivery time.

  • Dispatch Time

    Once an order has been placed via our website and processed, your order will then usually be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • Change of Delivery Address

    We are only able to accept a change of delivery address prior to your item being dispatched.

  • Items Out Of Stock

    If for any reason your item is out of stock we will cancel and refund your order. If there are other available items within your order then these will still be dispatched for you.

  • Delivery Time

    Depending on the country of dispatch for your order, it can be between 14 and 40 days for delivery. Please wait a maximum of 40 days to contact us if for any reason your order does not arrive. We will then investigate the reason for the delay.

  • Damaged Parcels Upon Delivery

    If the packaging appears badly damaged then please do not accept the parcel from the courier. Then as soon as you can contact us using the details on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

  • Import Duties & Taxes

    These are covered within the cost of the item you purchase.

  • Cancellations

    We are only able to cancel your order prior to the item or items being dispatched. If your order is already on its way to you, then please refer to our refund policy.

  • If Your Parcel Is Damaged In Transit

    We will look to process a replacement for you or a refund as soon as the courier delivering your item has completed their investigation into the claim.

  • If Your Parcel Is Lost In Transit

    We will look to process a replacement for you or a refund as soon as the courier delivering your item has completed their investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
